The Research & Management Consortium, Inc. (RMC) is a Liberian organization with national and international project management professionals who have extensive experience in capacity building training and workshops, research, project monitoring and knowledge management activities, project design and management, developing financial proposals and models, project evaluations, strategic planning and policies development. RMC has years of professional capacity and experience as project planning and management organization, training and evaluating numerous programs and research activities throughout Liberia, with a particular focus on local governance reform, health, education, agriculture, youth employment, economy empowerment, cocoa and palm oil value chain, WASH, food security, and financial capacity assessment projects; as well as baseline, midterm, and end-line assessments and evaluations.
Our technical project team is well-versed in training, project design, research activities, and data collection tools (for online and offline data collection using mobile devices) development, as well as conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative surveys using statistical software such as Tangerine, SPSS, STATA, R, NVIVO, KoboToolbox, Magpi, ODK, and Epic Info, as well as developing databases in Visual Basic Access and Excel. RMC is a professional organization of highly qualified researchers and expert evaluators dedicated to the demand for and exploration of program evaluation and a variety of other research activities. It entails evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of programs, policies, individuals, goods, and organizations in order to boost their efficiency. Members of the RMC technical team have an average of more than 150 years of combined capacity building, project management, research, and assessment experience.

In addition to that, RMC also look outside to partners for funding that are available for business expansion and improvement through business plans development, onsite mentorship programs, programme evaluations and research activities.
